We do our best to help our customers navigate changes which affect their business - animal care, dairy cattle nutrition, new equipment technologies, and information about industry dynamics are all part of the services we provide our members.
Tennessee’s Sweetwater Valley, the origin of our service area, is known as one of the most progressive-minded dairy areas of the country. Through the years, our trade area has expanded to cover several states with a variety of services.
AgCentral has dairy nutritionists on staff with a combined 75 years worth of experience in feeding dairy cows for profitable returns and maximum animal health. Balanced rations are one of the keys to dairy farm success, and we love to help our customers be successful! From calf feeds to heifer rations to high production herds, we can offer insight to any of your nutrition needs.
For the convenience of our customers, we have two mobile supply trucks. These ‘traveling stores’ pay regular visits to farms, carrying a wide variety of regularly needed supplies from dairy sanitation chemicals to inflations to anything else a dairy farm needs.
Our Service Department offers a range of services from simple parts sales such as a single pulsator, to design and construction of modern parlors & new robotic barns with cattle housing and feeding facilities. We’re pleased that we installed the Deep South’s first robotic barn, a DeLaval VMS system, which opened for operation in November of 2014.
